Jiangxi Xuanding is a company specializing in the research, development, production, and sales of new materials for environmental protection. Its core focus areas include desulfurization agents, ammonia-free denitrification agents, calcium-based ultrafine powder (as a substitute for sodium bicarbonate), flue gas denitrification catalysts, and other related products.

To better meet customer needs—especially the demand for large quantities of desulfurization agents and other environmental protection materials in a short timeframe—and to realize full-process services including EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction), core environmental material supply, by-product recovery, and operation & maintenance, Xuanding has established a production line in Fuliang with an annual capacity of over 100,000 tons for desulfurization and ammonia-free denitrification agents.

The material production base, supported by Xuanding Group and its in-house R&D team, provides comprehensive process solutions tailored to various end-user working conditions. By aligning with the process route, Xuanding offers targeted professional materials to help users achieve environmental compliance while optimizing both investment and operational costs.

Based on the above, we offer the following services:

▲ With the integration of our industrial furnace and environmental protection divisions, we provide EPC services for fixed-bed dry desulfurization and denitrification projects;
▲ Backed by our in-house processing bases, we offer supply services for desulfurization agents and other environmental materials;
▲ We provide technical consulting and retrofit services for existing projects to assist steel enterprises in achieving compliant emissions.

Desulfurization Agent Specifications

  • The desulfurization agent uses calcium hydroxide as the base material, supplemented by active components. During production, the sulfur content in actual flue gas should be considered to ensure an optimal balance between the agent’s strength and reactivity/efficiency;
  • The production process includes dry mixing, wet mixing, extrusion molding, and drying (which may include foaming);
  • The dry and wet mixing stages must ensure uniform blending;
  • The extrusion process should maintain proper pressure control to tailor the product’s strength to meet specific operational conditions;
  • After drying, the material must be free of free water to ensure efficiency;
  • The final product should undergo simulated flue gas performance testing before leaving the factory to ensure reliability in actual use;
