Introduction

Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) is a commonly used method for denitrification, but it requires the installation of an ammonia storage and delivery system. Ammonia serves as the reducing agent to achieve denitrification, and it is a hazardous substance. The storage and transportation of ammonia are complicated, and ammonia leaks can lead to environmental pollution. Therefore, our focus has always been on ammonia-free denitrification.

1. It can use a fixed bed dry desulfurization method, where ammonia-free denitrification agents are loaded internally. Through a catalytic-oxidation-adsorption process, it achieves the removal of nitrogen oxides.

2. For projects that have already adopted fixed bed desulfurization, ammonia-free denitrification agents can be directly loaded without the need for additional equipment, achieving nitrogen oxide removal.

3. For projects that require both desulfurization and denitrification, an integrated fixed bed desulfurization and denitrification tower can be used. This means that desulfurization agents and denitrification agents (which can be layered) are loaded in the same fixed bed, achieving both desulfurization and denitrification functions simultaneously.
