Heat storage burner nozzles can be customized based on factors such as billet size, furnace width, and can be designed for left-right combinations, cross arrangements, multi-jet or single-jet configurations. Combining with design principles that adhere to a compatible refractory structure, nozzle angles, and staged combustion, energy-saving and low nitrogen combustion objectives can be achieved.

Conventional burner nozzles can be designed in various forms such as lateral flame adjustment, flat flame, high-speed/semi-high-speed, etc., based on furnace type and different combustion media. Simultaneously, by applying techniques like staged combustion and recirculation, energy-saving and low-nitrogen combustion objectives can be achieved.

Shanghai Prime Tech has successfully applied various types of burners developed through methods such as CFD simulation, targeted research and development, and prototype experimental testing to hearth heating furnace projects.
