2.Desulfurization system for the flue gas of high wire and high rod reheating furnaces:
Flue gas from the high wire reheating furnace → Coal smoke induced draft fan → Fixed-bed desulfurization tower → Desulfurization fan

Each flue gas desulfurization system is equipped with one set of charging equipment and one set of roof dust removal equipment:
The charging system consists of: Loading desulfurizing agent in ton bags → Feeding with an overhead electric hoist at the top of the storage bin → Loading hopper → Inside the desulfurization tower.
The roof dust removal equipment consists of: Dust suction pipes and valves at the loading port → Collected to a manifold → Dust collector → Desulfurization fan → Chimney.
Each flue gas desulfurization system is equipped with a set of bottom discharge equipment:
Desulfurization tower cone section → Electric slide gate valve → Star-type ash discharge valve → Forklift transport in ton bags.
The discharge outlet is kept at a sufficient distance from the bottom surface to allow for enough storage space, facilitating the movement of the unloading vehicle's bucket.
