Introduction to SDS+Dust Removal+SCR Desulfurization and Denitrification Project
There are three reheating furnaces in total in Tangshan Wenfeng, all of which adopt the SDS (Semi-Dry Scrubber) sodium bicarbonate dry desulfurization process, along with a dust collector and SCR catalyst for denitrification.
In this project, each of the three reheating furnaces is equipped with a dedicated desulfurization, dust removal, and denitrification system for flue gas and coal smoke. The ammonia storage and delivery system are shared among the three furnaces.
Our complete quality management system, the process control covering from Scheme formulation, engineering technology, and detailed design, to processing and manufacturing of equipment and material, ex-factory test and site erection and commissioning till it is put into production, which through multi-level inspection, tour inspection, supervision, and node control can ensure quality of the final product.
The executive team is abundant in experience of overseas project implementation with similar project working experiences, esp. experience in Southeast Asia, and Middle East projects.
